The NPI (New Product Introduction) Specialist will lead and manage the full process of new parts introductions (NPI), analyzing, planning, and reviewing ECN implementation from initiating a detailed ECN change form (CIB – Change Implementation Board) to monitoring the running change introduction for a specific family of products. This position collaborates on make vs buy analysis, coordinates ECN activities for Manufacturing Engineering, and works with other departments to ensure timely implementation and minimize obsolescence. The NPI Specialist will also update and maintain item master data and collaborate in resolving problems linked to the BOM.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a high school diploma in mechanical technology (preferred).
  • Advanced English communication skills are required.
  • Basic knowledge of stage-gate processes.
  • Basic knowledge of BOM and routing.
  • Basic understanding of product cost structures.
