Red Bull Musketeer: a dynamic ambassador program for on-premise sales and brand building in gastronomy, nightlife, and events. The role emphasizes enthusiasm for gastronomy, independence, and an entrepreneurial spirit within a challenging, diversified team.

Responsibilities
  • RED BULL AMBASSADOR: Use your unique personality to showcase this premium brand; bring the brand to life at trendiest cafés and bars, clubs, festivals, and exclusive events; provide excellence and ensure visibility and availability of our products.
  • ALLIANCE BUILDER: Strengthen and nurture long-term relationships with established customers and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts; build a network of decision-makers in hospitality and gastronomy; develop your reputation in the local scene.
  • CITY ENTREPRENEUR: Take full responsibility for On-Premise sales and marketing in your region; know your region, spot trends, and win opportunities for Red Bull; develop and deploy strategies and tools for the perfect pitch.
  • INDISPENSABLE BUSINESS CONSULTANT: Make appointments the highlight of the day; apply sales and negotiation skills to achieve increases in earnings for customers and Red Bull; propose creative problem solving and marketing to keep Red Bull number one in the on-premise sector.
Qualifications
  • Well networked with established contacts in the night scene or gastronomy, or ability to develop them quickly; open, extroverted, not afraid to approach people.
  • Experience in beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as an entrepreneur is an advantage.
  • Flexibility and autonomy; you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to engage diverse social, economic, and cultural situations and treat all people as equals; strong communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen: understanding of sales processes, strategic and innovative commercial awareness, and analytical skills (planning and negotiation); ability to analyze sales and customer data and develop value-adding initiatives for Red Bull and customers.
