Your future role

• Design mechanical systems and equipment
• Analyze customer needs and problems
• Make calculations and define the parameters needed for the design
• Develop concepts, select solutions and solve problems in the design of systems and equipment in collaboration with the team
• Carry out research and development projects
• Provide technical support to Sales, Production, and Service teams including reviewing and approving production work and preparing technical documents

Our perfect candidate would have…

• A degree in mechanical engineering or in any other relevant field
• Senior Mechanical Engineering experience in machine design
• Knowledge of machine development and construction
• Knowledge of CAD systems — preferably Solid Edge, SolidWorks or Inventor
• A creative and solutions oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills in Italian – intermediate to advanced skills in English
• Preferably based in the surroundings of Parma, Italy
