A leading fashion marketing firm is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to drive brand growth from its Milan office. The candidate will oversee the full marketing ecosystem including digital media, CRM strategies, and omnichannel integration to ensure strong customer engagement. This position demands proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the fashion or luxury sectors, strong analytical skills, and excellent leadership capabilities. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Milan. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills, creative thinking, and strong leadership to drive brand growth across digital and omnichannel touchpoints. You will oversee the full marketing ecosystem — from strategy to execution — ensuring consistent brand storytelling, measurable performance, and impactful customer engagement globally.
Define and implement the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and P&L objectives.
Manage and optimize the digital media budget to maximize ROI and brand growth.
Oversee campaigns across SEO, SEM, Paid & Organic Social, Email, and Affiliate channels in collaboration with the Biddable Team.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value through email, WhatsApp, and referral programs.
Elevate brand positioning through PR, influencer marketing, partnerships, events, and collaborations, managing agencies and external partners.
Lead 360° marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring consistency of storytelling across all channels.
Ensure seamless omnichannel integration, connecting online and offline initiatives to enhance the customer journey.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across markets to deliver scalable and high-impact projects.
Monitor key KPIs, analyze data, and leverage insights to continuously optimize performance and marketing mix.
Proven experience in marketing management within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
Strong background in digital marketing, CRM, and brand development.
Data-driven and analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate insights into strategy.
Experience working with international markets and managing multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Fluency in English; Italian or other languages are a plus.
