Role Overview:

Otis is growing and seeking an elevator maintenance technician for our branch located in Pesaro and province. Our priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by maintaining a portfolio of elevators and escalators in safety.

A typical day:

1. Perform 100% of elevator maintenance and site visits within your territory.
2. Work within the defined geographic area, managing your assigned elevator portfolio.
3. Respond proactively and promptly to address any issues, aiming for first-time repairs.
4. Perform minor repairs to ensure continuous operation.
5. Maintain direct contact with clients during onsite work to build and develop good working relationships.

What is needed to succeed:

1. Technical school diploma or equivalent education.
2. Possession of a driving license.
3. Valid elevator technician certification.
4. At least one previous experience in the elevator sector.
5. Good electrical and electronic skills.
6. A passionate professional who prioritizes safety.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Curious, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.
9. Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
