Your Mission

The Manufacturing Operator, following Sidel's company procedures and lean methodology, is responsible for welding equipment components and supporting workshop activities. Gains experience and training to adapt to various requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Work with management to implement company policies and goals.
• Implement shift change procedures and ensure smooth production flow.
• Operate machinery to produce high-quality components.
• Study mechanical drawings and process manuals to understand welding methods.
• Analyze drawings and specifications.
• Understand specific information related to welding processes.
• Verify that each part meets drawings and specifications; collaborate with engineers to resolve issues, and rework minor faults as needed.
• Prepare consumable lists for machine maintenance and assist with ordering supplies to ensure quality standards.
• Assist in and execute quality control reports according to Sidel standards.
• Diagnose manufacturing problems, develop solutions, and implement updates in coordination with engineering and methods teams.
• Maintain production data in SAP or other systems as required.
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently.
• Report unsafe conditions and behaviors; take corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Your Profile

College or technical school degree required.
