An international insurance group based in Milano is seeking a project manager for its M&A department. The ideal candidate should have a Master's in Finance or an MBA, with 2-3 years of experience in M&A or Corporate Finance. Responsibilities include coordinating M&A activities, driving due diligence, and managing stakeholder relationships. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are required. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and must be willing to travel as necessary.
The GIH M&A department is looking for a project manager to help handling the coordination and execution of M&A transactions.
He/she will also be asked to conduct Company screening and industry research in the context of M&A projects.
