A global energy company in Milan is seeking an M&A Project Manager to lead M&A transactions and conduct financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a higher education in Economics or Finance and at least 5 years of experience in Transaction Services or M&A. Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. This role involves preparation for investment committees and coordination across various units, making it crucial for the candidate to possess strong analytical skills.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of successful professional experience in Transaction Services or M&A.
• Experience in corporate finance will be considered a plus.
• Solid financial modelling capabilities.

MAINRESPONSIBILITIES/DELIVERABLES

• LeadM&Atransactionsthrough:Preliminarystudies,marketanalysis,duediligence&financialmodellingofprojectcashflows
• M&AprojectmanagementincoordinationwithvariousunitsinItalyandacrossEurope
• PreparationofmaterialsforinvestmentcommitteesrelatedtoM&Aactivities
• Participateintheselectionofadvisors/partnersinvolvedinM&Atransactions.
• AbilitytosupportmarketanalysisonspecificareasrelatedtotheEnergybusinessinabroadandcomprehensivemanner.

QUALIFICATIONSANDSKILLS

• HighereducationinEconomicsorFinance(BusinessSchoolorUniversitydegree).
• Atleast5yearsofsuccessfulprofessionalexperienceinTransactionServices,M&A,withina
• PrivateEquityfund,orinthefinancedepartmentofalargeinternationalgroupintheEnergy
• sector(e.g.,M&Adepartment).
• Experience(internshiporfirstjob)incorporatefinancewillbeconsideredaplus.
• Solidfinancialmodellingcapabilities.
• ExcellentcommandofExcelandPowerPoint.
