As Logistics Coordinator you will lead the logistics operations performance of PUCCI Retail, Wholesale and Franchising business, directly supervising Central Warehouse in Bologna Area. E.commerce logistic operations will also be under scope. You will be the reference point for logistic partners and carriers, overseeing the entire order life cycle to ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. You will act in harmony and constant cooperation with internal departments of Customer Care, Commercial and Production.

You will have the opportunity to refine your skills on luxury goods handling, working in an international and challenging environment and on engaging projects.

Essential duties and job responsibilities:
  • Lead the logistics operations and processes, upgrading current quality standards
  • Coordination of logistics partners (depots and warehouses)
  • Plan and control inbound/outbound activities (production receiving, returns, shipping), liaising with internal stakeholders and logistic partners.
  • Management of forwarding agents (for online/offline sales), including the identification of new partners and the relative contract negotiation, as well as checking costs and supervising the related services and processes
  • Supervision and support (also in coordination with the Customer Care and external agencies) of customs practices (made-in, duties, certificates of origin, etc.)
  • Responsibility for budgets for logistics partners and forwarding agents.
  • Implement and perform sales analysis and reporting for retail, franchising and ecommerce.
  • Guarantee the compliance with import, export and customs regulations
Profile:

University degree in Economics/Engineering Professional, with 5/7 years’ experience in logistic operations on Retail/Omnichannel, with strong organizational skills. Previous experience in Luxury environment would be an asset.
