A leading technology company in Parma is seeking an experienced IT professional for a full-time role. You will operate and maintain IT systems while managing user access and supporting incident management to ensure service efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows. Your Contribution

• Operate and maintain IT systems and applications in line with Standard Operating Procedures and Operations Manuals.
• Handle request fulfilment activities, including user access and account management.
• Support incident management to minimize service interruptions and ensure agreed OLA and SLA targets are met.
• Perform hardware replacements and support for end-user devices (PCs, printers, scanners, mobile phones, etc.).
• Ensure Configuration Management Database (CMDB) information is accurate and kept up to date.
• Identify potential automation opportunities and actively support their implementation.
• Implement and maintain monitoring for IT infrastructure components and applications based on defined procedures.
• Support the change management process by executing approved changes on IT infrastructure and applications.
• Perform patch management activities and support the deployment of new releases.
• Analyze system failures, resolve issues, and restore services following incidents or breakdowns.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical education in IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT operations or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and TCP / IP protocols.
• Native Italian speaker with good English skills, sufficient to work with technical documentation (minimum B1 level).
