Main requirements

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 5+ years of professional solid experience, using TypeScript, Nest.js, Next.js and PostgreSQL;
• Previous experience leading teams or acting as a technical mentor;
• Proactive, organized and communicate clearly across tech and non-tech stakeholders;
• Experience building systems that support and accelerate teams;
• Problem-solving mindset and have a drive to automate and simplify processes;
• Take ownership and enjoys helping teams deliver high-quality solutions;
• Desire to work on a product that has an impact in healthcare;
• Experience with DevOps, CI / CD and infrastructure automation is a plus;
• Familiarity with role-based access control, logging / monitoring and process automation frameworks (nice to have);
• Previous experience working on internal developer platforms, admins tools or workflow automation systems (nice to have);
• Fluency in English (B2 level) - German or French is a plus;
• Availability to work in a remote regime, from Portugal.
