We are looking for a Lead Dev to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

• At least 8 years of experience in a Software Engineer role
• At least 5 years of experience in designing complex software architectures
• In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Node.js, PHP
• Experience in developing RESTful and Graph APIs
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with key software architecture design patterns (microservices, SOA, Cloud)
• Knowledge of message queue and data streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and software deployment in orchestrators (Kubernetes)
• Leadership skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP)
• Skills in the DevSecOps field
• Familiarity with specific tools (Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Jira, ClickUp or Asana, Postman)
• Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of TDD, BDD, and SOLID programming methods
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent
• Previous experience in a startup/scaleup
• Previous experience in a product and/or service company
• Software architect certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
• Experience working in medium-sized teams (5-10)
