KPMG Open Platform is our innovation hub in Naples focused on Cyber Security, Program Management, Application Maintenance, and Managed Services. By joining the AMS SAP Team, you will manage business processes related to the SAP PP module, focusing on maintenance, optimization, and customization of SAP platforms, ensuring operational efficiency of systems and effective support for planning and production processes.

• Manage the SAP PP module within Application Maintenance & Support (AMS), ensuring continuity and efficiency of production and planning processes.
• Analyze and resolve application incidents and issues, collaborating with business users and technical teams.
• Implement enhancements and continuous improvements to align processes with operational needs and system updates.
• Oversee integrations with related SAP modules (MM, QM, SD, FI) and coordinate cross‑functional and technical activities.
• Provide end‑user support through training sessions, functional documentation, and knowledge‑transfer workshops.
• Contribute to system performance monitoring and identify continuous improvement opportunities to ensure service stability and quality.

• Have 2–4 years of experience in a company or consulting firm providing SAP support, focusing on the SAP PP module.
• Have a solid understanding of the SAP PP module and its integrations, preferably in an SAP S/4HANA environment.

• Have a good command of English, ideally supported by study or work experience abroad.
