Descrizione del lavoro

We are looking for a Key Account Manager, EMEA to drive the commercial performance of our Sportswear collection across key markets and strategic partners.

You will report to the Senior Director, Commercial, and act as the primary point of contact for selected partners, building strong commercial relationships, guiding assortments and optimizing seasonal sell‑in and sell‑out performance.

Responsibilities
Account & Partner Management
  • Lead day‑to‑day relationship management with key wholesale partners and licensee commercial teams.
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards, seasonal priorities, assortment strategy and distribution objectives for the L/AB categories.
  • Lead order negotiations, commercial terms and in‑season adjustments when required.
  • Monitor partner forecasts, sell‑in performance and stock levels to drive business health and achieve targets.
Business Performance & Analysis
  • Track sell‑out performance across markets and channels to identify risks, opportunities and growth drivers.
  • Prepare seasonal business reviews and strategic recommendations for leadership and partners.
  • Support pricing and margin strategies to maintain competitive and strategic market positioning.
  • Provide insights to inform distribution plans and category development discussions.
Go‑To‑Market Execution
  • Support market preparation for sales campaigns and showroom appointments.
  • Deliver compelling seasonal product presentations and commercial toolkits to partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Planning and Supply teams to align product availability and delivery timelines.
Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management within fashion or sportswear wholesale environments.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale dynamics, partner management and seasonal sales cycles.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with performance data and KPIs to guide decisions.
  • Deep knowledge of the market and key retailers.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong commercial storytelling abilities.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to operate with agility in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
