Role Description

We are looking for aJunior Marketing Associate – Social Media & Contentwho will help communicate HexErgy’s impact across multiple countries and markets. You willmanage HexErgy’s social media channelsand support the execution of the marketing strategy defined together with our external marketing agency and CMO. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, focused on international and multi‑country marketing.

What you will do

• Manage and grow HexErgy’s social media channels (planning, publishing, engagement)
• Create and adapt content for LinkedIn and other channels (posts, carousels, short videos, captions)
• Support storytelling around energy communities, sustainability, and real‑world impact
• Coordinate with the marketing agency to execute campaigns and content calendars
• Ensure brand consistency across countries and languages (with support)
• Monitor performance and share insights with the team and CMO
• Support marketing initiatives across multiple countries and markets
• Assist with webinars, events, and digital activations

Who you are

• Early‑career marketer (student, recent graduate, or up to 1 year of experience)
• Passionate about sustainability, cleantech, or the energy transition
• Comfortable managing social media accounts and content calendars
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Interested in working oninternational, multi‑country marketing
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Experience creating LinkedIn content
• Canva, Figma, or basic design tools
• Interest in short‑form video or founder‑led storytelling
• Basic understanding of analytics or SEO
• Previous internship or project experience in marketing
