A leading manufacturer is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager OEM to coordinate and develop sales strategies in Copparo, Italy. The role involves supporting OEM clients in the Automotive, Construction, and Industrial sectors and overseeing the entire commercial process. Ideal candidates will have a university degree, at least 2 years of experience in sales, and fluency in English and Italian. Overview

We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager OEM to join the Sales Department, with the responsibility of coordinating and developing commercial strategies and sales activities within the assigned sector.

Responsibilities
  • Support OEM clients in the Automotive, Construction and Industrial sectors, directly overseeing all phases of the commercial process, from order acquisition to final delivery;
  • Be responsible for pricing activities and price list management;
  • Support new product development activities by presenting and negotiating commercial offers;
  • Monitor sales performance by customer, product, segment, etc;
  • Conduct competitive analysis;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers for any commercial or logistical needs or issues, coordinating with internal departments such as Purchasing, Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, etc. to ensure resolution;
  • Identify potential new opportunities for the development and proposal of new solutions;
  • Carry out scouting activities for potential new customers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • University Degree, preferably in Management Engineering or an equivalent field of study;
  • Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a Key Account Manager role or in Commercial/Sales positions, preferably gained in OEM customer management within the Industrial, Construction or Automotive sectors;
  • Fluency in both English and Italian, written and spoken;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, energetic, flexible, with strong organizational and problem solving skills.
