This role offers the opportunity to learn, contribute, and support Lean transformation initiatives within our European team.

🔧 What You’ll Do
  • Support Lean transformation activities in diverse electromechanical manufacturing environments and administrative processes
  • Participate in continuous improvement/Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving)
  • Analyze data and operational activities to identify improvement opportunities and reduce waste
  • Support the implementation and deployment of the Daily Management System (DMS)
  • Learn and apply Lean methodologies through hands‑on involvement
🎯 Your Profile

Required:

  • Availability to travel within the European region
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in various work environments
  • Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams)
  • Basic understanding of Lean tools

Nice to Have:

  • Lean certifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality
