A well-established consumer goods company is seeking a Junior Area Manager to join their Sales Team in Italy. In this role, you will develop and manage sales strategies for a diverse FMCG portfolio across assigned countries. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, be data-driven, and willing to travel. The position offers a hybrid working model and a permanent contract, contributing to Bolton's global market presence.

Competenze

  • 2/3 years of experience in commercial or marketing role.
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis.
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

  • Develop the sales of FMCG Portfolio in assigned countries.

We are looking for a Junior Area Manager to join our Sales Team in Bolton International based in Italy.

How your agenda looks like
  • Develop the sales of FMCG Portfolio (Food, Home & Personal Care) in the assigned countries, in which Bolton operates in partnership with local distributors.
  • Support the Senior Area Manager in developing the business across a wider perimeter of countries, with full P&L visibility.
  • Define the most effective business development strategy by country/category, working in close cooperation with distributor team, ensuring full compliance with Group’s guidelines.
  • Develop and implement annual business plans by country/category, managing trade, marketing and advertising budgets.
  • Track distributors performance against agreed plans and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage forecasting, analysis and reporting of sales data, broken down by product and country.
  • Monitor orders and payments, organized by distributor/category
Your team

You will directly report to the Senior Area Manager, working in the broader team dedicated to Distributors business.

What makes you a great fit
  • 2/3 years of experience in commercial (sales, trade marketing) or marketing role
  • Data driven and goal oriented profile, willing to negotiate in different cultural environment.
  • Willing to travel on a regular base.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
