Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant based in Forlì. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include assisting with tax filings, maintaining precise financial records, and collaborating with other departments to support financial decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Tax Documentation
• Experience with Financial Software, Spreadsheets, and ERP Systems
• Great attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative with tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing or production industries is an advantage
• Additional Language Polish or Spanish will be considered strong plus.
