Overview

As an Italian-speaking Order Support Agent, you will manage and ensure smooth processing and resolution of customer orders for a company. Responsibilities include monitoring order statuses, assessing and resolving order-related issues, and implementing support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and support business objectives.

Work type : On-site

Location : Lisbon, Portugal

Relocation bonus offered for those applying from outside Portugal

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries related to order statuses, deliveries, and discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in order processing.
  • Resolve order-related issues such as cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve order support operations.
Requirements
  • Italian C2 level
  • English B2 level
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic issues related to order processing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
