A leading global cruise company is seeking a Procurement and Logistics Business Analyst in Naples, Italy. In this role, you will support the transformation of the Supply Chain IT architecture, manage business requirements, and provide training to users both onshore and onboard. Candidates should have a degree in economics/informatic sciences/engineering, along with 3-4 years of experience in SAP MM implementation projects. Fluency in English and Italian is essential. Job Purpose

The Procurement and Logistics Business Analyst will support the transformation, evolution, and stabilization of the Supply Chain IT architecture. In this role, the Analyst will drive the configuration of new processes in line with business requirements, ensuring a smooth adoption across the business user community. In addition, the Analyst will play a key role in stabilizing the new operating environment after go-live phases, addressing process/system gaps emerging during the transformation. The role will also be actively involved in the Supply Chain Master Data program, supporting the definition, governance, and continuous improvement of relevant master data domains ensuring data consistency, quality, and alignment across systems and stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

• Collect and manage business requirements for new systems being implemented.
• Give support in defining solution architecture and configurations aligned to business requirements.
• Support business process design identifying areas of improvement.
• Give support to business departments involved in the creation and the management of relevant master data
• Provide training to business users ashore and onboard for new system and processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics / informatic sciences / engineering
• 3-4 years of experience in SAP MM implementation projects
• Previous experience in one of big consultant firm is a plus
• Experience in similar roles or equivalent with IT Applications for Cruise Lines or Hotel Operations
• Knowledge of Crunchtime, Infoship systems is a plus
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Good organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment
• Fluent English and Italian (Spoken and written)
