As an IT Audit Manager, you'll join our team in Genoa, responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance, and efficiency of our IT operations. Your role will include planning and executing IT audits, developing and implementing audit strategies, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and conducting IT audits to ensure the reliability of financial controls, compliance with regulations, and efficiency of IT operations.
• Defining annual audit plans aligned with commercial goals and growth strategies across various markets.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet IT process standards and drafting detailed audit reports.
• Testing the effectiveness of key controls on IT systems for financial reporting and ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Building strong relationships with senior IT management to position RAAS as a strategic partner in IT risk management.
• Collaborating with global Finance and Legal teams to align audit strategies with financial goals and innovate audit models.
