Insurance Risk Senior Analyst (Italian speaker) - BCG Vantage. Responsibilities

• As a Senior Analyst Insurance Finance & Risk – BCG Vantage on the Client Focus path within BCG’s Risk & Compliance Practice Area, contribute on cases and proposals by providing relevant analysis and insights and help case teams create strong client impact.
• Support development and commercialization efforts for topic/sector work by contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials.
• Contribute to developing intellectual property and assets for the Insurance Finance & Risk business to ensure we deliver the latest insights and solutions to clients.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• Solving client problems through research and analytical approaches in Insurance Finance & Risk topics (e.g., planning, pricing & underwriting, claims management, risk management, investment strategies, regulatory compliance).
• Working with large datasets and proprietary tools to identify trends, measure risks and tailor strategies to client needs.
• Communicating effectively with case teams and client stakeholders in a credible and confident manner.
• Collaborating in virtual or distributed team settings and applying agile ways of working.
• Bringing a curious, flexible mindset and proposing innovative ideas while navigating complexity and ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant Insurance Finance & Risk topics required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree preferred) in Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• Capabilities in quantitative analysis, data visualization and financial forecasting.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities; strong written and verbal communication skills.
