Responsibilities

As System Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Installing, configuring, and supporting desktop applications and environments
  • Performing routine server maintenance, including patching, monitoring, and updates
  • Supporting Citrix infrastructure (XenApp/Xen Desktop)
  • Providing first-level support for networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Performing basic administration tasks on Microsoft SQL Server (user management, backups, monitoring)
  • Supporting meeting room technologies including video conferencing systems, AV equipment, and scheduling tools
  • Collaborating with business teams to support core processes such as procurement, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Creating reports and performing data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Documenting technical procedures and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting ICT-related activities within project and portfolio management frameworks

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Technical Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Have experience in system administration and desktop support in enterprise environments
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of networking protocols and server infrastructure
  • Be familiar with Citrix environments and remote desktop technologies
  • Have hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Access (queries, reports)
  • Show understanding of business processes such as procurement and financial operations
  • Be comfortable supporting meeting room tools
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
  • Be proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Remote work opportunity with the request to go to the office once a month
