The successful candidate will implement KPIs, manage costs, coordinate budgets, and support decision-making through financial insights. Ideally, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, with over 5 years of relevant experience and strong Excel skills. Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in industrial or plant controlling.
• Solid knowledge of cost accounting and general accounting principles.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Assist in preparing monthly financial dashboards including P&L and variance analysis.
• Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.
• Analyze plant performance and discuss results with management.
