Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Swedish-Speaking Account Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Account Development Representative, you will create winning campaigns and outreach strategies, qualify potential clients with the latest qualification methodologies to showcase how the product can transform their business.

Location: Milan, Italy (On-site)

Responsibilities
  • Support daily HR administration including payroll, benefits, employee records, and office-related matters.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and exit processes, including asset management.
  • Serve as a trusted contact for employee concerns and promote engagement strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, internal policies, and health & safety standards.
  • Support initiatives that enhance productivity, performance, and retention.
  • Assist in performance processes and initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in an HRBP or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Italian labor laws.
  • Language requirements:
  • Italian nationals: Fluent in Italian and Chinese
  • Chinese nationals: Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Proven experience in employee relations, compliance, and HR systems.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
