This hybrid role requires an experienced HR leader with over 7 years of experience in large, matrixed organizations. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws and managing employment relations, including union negotiations. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and be fluent in both Italian and English, supporting the country leader in shaping HR strategy and operational effectiveness. This 6-month renewable contract promises a pivotal role in influencing country operations.
