Responsibilities
  • As an HR Ops, you will have the opportunity to develop versatile skills and responsibilities across our People department, overseeing all foundational activities and processes and serving as the daily go-to resource for our people. Additionally, you will spearhead the digitalization of various HR processes, paving the way for streamlined operations and enhanced efficiency. You will also have the chance to nurture employee and guests’ well-being by managing one of our office locations.
  • Oversee contract managements in collaboration with our consultant and manage internal processes to ensure policy compliance and employee satisfaction
  • Be part of the digitalization of the HR processes
  • Offer support and counsel to employees and managers on HR related issues.
  • Manage all internal mobility activities (travels, visas, insurance).
Background
