We are looking for an HR CAPABILITIES & SYSTEMS SPECIALIST based in MILAN.

The resource will be part of the HR Capabilities & Systems Team and will support the digital adoption development within Valentino's HR Community, leveraging our Global HR information system suite.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional HR key users to address requests and delivering global projects.
• Monitor HR activities through our Global HRIS platform (SAP SuccessFactors): hire to retire, budget & planning, Talent & Development and Recruiting processes.
• Training support with the aim to provide the right Digital capabilities to the HR Community.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in similar roles, either in consultancy companies or corporate firms.
• Functional and Technical knowledge on the HR Management suites (preferred).
• Proved experience on HR processes and HR System Integrations topics (preferred).
• Fluent English required.
• Knowledge of Excel and Office365 package.
• Proactivity, flexibility, and good communication skills to support the HR community worldwide.
