The role involves talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Italian labor law, and fluency in both Italian and English. Competenze

• 3–5 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information.
