Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a charming Hostess to join our team at tuya. Tuya is a full dining restaurant open for lunch and dinner, in Porta Nuova, one of the main business districts in Milan, where one can enjoy a relaxed and seasonal Mediterranean menu.

Responsibilities

• As a Host you are mainly responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including but not limited to greeting guests, answering phones, managing bookings, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar or relevant role.
• Friendly and professional in their approach.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Desire to learn and work hard.
• Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory). Other languages are a plus.
