Position Summary

Job Purpose

• Support Health Medical Equipment sales providing technical assistance and insight, remotely and/or at the customer.
• Support the customer remotely by providing help-desk service when needed.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor, Master preferably in Biomedical or Computer Engineering.
• Professional Background: 2-3 years’ experience in Ultrasound Pre-Post Sales / Application Specialist roles or similar experience with other medical devices.
• Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools.
• Language Knowledge: Very good written English; good spoken English.
• Travel: 80% domestic transfers. International transfers may occur.
• Other: Project management skills, customer orientation and strong listening skills, focus on results, positive and proactive attitude.
