A growing fintech company in Milan seeks a Head of Operations to drive efficiency and manage day-to-day operations. We're seeking a Head of Operations to translate company strategy into actionable operational plans, drive execution, monitor performance, and deliver operational analysis to ensure efficiency and impact.
You: bring a solid track record in operational leadership roles within FinTech (or tech/scale-ups), possess strong data-driven, analytical, and decision-making skills, with professional proficiency in English and Italian.

We've raised €8M to expand our intelligent document processing and transaction analysis solutions across Italy, Germany, UK, and USA.
We’re now looking for a hands-on, outcome-driven Head of Operations (m/f/d) with fintech experience who is eager to scale processes, teams, and impact. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to turn strategy into execution, drive operational excellence across functions, and help shape the next growth chapter of Prestatech.

After 3 months: established credibility and trust within the team and different stakeholders, learn current processes, diagnose challenges and improvements, and translate company strategy into a clear operational roadmap draft.
After 6 months: Drive measurable improvements, scale processes, demonstrate leadership impact and position as a trusted operational leader and close partner to the Founders.
