Head of Fundraising

• Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, develop and lead the company's business mission.
• Spot new fundraising opportunities.
• Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals.
• Form strong relationships with external stakeholders.
• Manage relationships outside the company in the equity research and investor community.
• Build investor relations channels to strategic, value‑added or financial investors.
• Direct the positioning of the company’s financial reporting activities, including quarterly statements, and shareholder materials.
• Manage quarterly conference calls.
• Serve as an advisor and strategic resource to the CFO, COO, and other senior leaders on issues involving the public distribution of financial, strategic and other material disclosures.
