This full-time role involves assisting in maintenance operations, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth functioning of aircraft maintenance. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of safeguarding procedures, and prior experience in maintenance. A degree in Aviation Maintenance is desired, and candidates must work effectively in a team environment. Shift patterns vary between 5on-3off / 5on-2off or 10on-5off.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Hangar Support Staff (Aircraft Maintenance Helper) located in Rome. The role involves assisting in maintenance operations, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of aircraft maintenance activities on a day-to-day basis under the supervision of the Engineering and Certifying Staff Team. The role includes shift work on a 5on-3off / 5on-2off or 10on-5off pattern.
