We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Product Service Organization supports Gas Technology Business in all the installed fleet activities related to operation and maintenance for our installed base.
The Lean Sensei is a senior expert and coach responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization through the application of Lean principles and methodologies. This role serves as a catalyst for cultural transformation capability building and sustainable performance improvement. The Lean Sensei partners with business leaders to identify opportunities, lead strategic Kaizen events and mentor teams in the deployment of Lean tools and behaviors.
