We’re looking for a Growth Manager

This role requires a strong experimentation and results‑oriented mindset with analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit. Work independently and cross‑functionally driven by a genuine passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, run and optimize growth experiments across the full funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization) of the Product.
  • Design and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Manage and optimize CRM flows, segmentation, lifecycle marketing and retention programs.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) to generate and test ad creatives, landing pages and content variants.
  • Collaborate with Sales to share campaign results, funnel analytics and behavioral insights that support lead qualification and deal conversion.
  • Work closely with the Product team to define and monitor product metrics such as DAU, WAU, MAU, activation rate, free‑to‑paid conversion, churn and retention cohorts.
Skills We’re Looking For
  • Analytics & Data Management
    • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
    • Intermediate use of dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, Tableau).
    • Familiarity with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
    • CRM segmentation and automation (HubSpot, Salesforce).
    • Behavioral flows (onboarding, upsell, reactivation).
    • Predictive lead scoring and churn prevention.
  • AI & Automation
    • Prompt engineering for content, ads and internal automation.
    • Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Pika).
    • No‑code tools and workflow builders (Zapier, Make, Airtable).
  • Paid Media & Performance Marketing
    • Operational management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
    • Campaign setup, optimization and reporting.
    • Understanding of key paid KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate).
Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: €40,000 to €50,000 gross per year plus competitive MBO bonus. Remote work lovers, fast‑track growth opportunities, access to group and personal training programs.
