We are seeking a creative and motivated

Graphic Designer

to join our team in Milan

This role is key to producing high-quality visual materials that communicate our vision, support global projects, and strengthen our visual identity.

Role: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for

creating and managing graphic and visual materials

to support RIMOND’s marketing, communication, and branding activities. The role will collaborate with the

Marketing

team to ensure visual consistency and creative innovation across all projects. Key responsibilities include:

1. Create graphic materials for presentations, brochures, reports, and other communication tools.
2. Produce corporate and marketing videos to support communication efforts and promote company values.
3. Design digital content for the website, social media, newsletters, and events.
4. Ensure brand consistency across all channels, online and offline.
5. Support the development of graphics for tenders and proposals.
6. Collaborate with internal teams on technical illustrations for engineering projects.
7. Manage external suppliers for printing and production.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or relevant qualification. Minimum of

3 years

experience in similar roles, preferably in a technical or engineering environment. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro). Skills in web and social media content creation. Knowledge of UX/UI principles for digital interfaces. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Proactiveness and eagerness to learn new skills.
