Global Senior Brand Manager Non‑Alc & Crodino – House of Aperitifs

Join as a key business manager of the House of Brands – Aperitifs, responsible for the strategic development, activation, and innovation of the Non‑Alcoholic & Aperitifs portfolio globally, with a critical focus on Crodino as a priority global brand. The role collaborates across global markets and all organisational levels.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual global strategic planning process with the Marketing Director, including the development of brand‑market level forecasts and leveraging internal and syndicated data sources.
  • Contribute to the long‑term brand forecast and monitor brand profitability and performance trends, analysing variances versus plans.
  • Develop and evolve category/brand strategic growth initiatives, working directly with local markets to identify growth opportunities and localisation efforts.
  • Deliver marketing toolkits and strategic decks that outline critical execution and growth initiatives for local markets.
  • Lead the New Product Development process in collaboration with the Marketing Director, Innovation Project Managers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Define global innovation opportunities for the assigned brand and ensure strategic alignment of NPD objectives with brand architecture and positioning.
  • Provide briefs for packaging, liquid development, and manage these processes with the Technical Centre and third‑party agencies.
  • Validate liquid and packaging, coordinate consumer and market research plans, and support local markets in assessing localisation opportunities.
  • Develop global launch plans and support tools that cater to the marketing mix.
  • Manage critical brand creative campaigns, assets, and toolkits from ideation to execution and cascade to local teams.
  • Coordinate daily management of external agencies and partners, ensuring creative and logistical collaboration across markets.
  • Maintain key brand funnel metrics and support consumer research planning.
  • Lead budget development for the assigned brand with Finance, assess market forecasts against budget, and proactively manage variances.
  • Monitor A&P spending, manage PO processes, and identify opportunities for synergies, efficiencies, and cost savings.
Experience & Education
  • 7+ years cumulative in business and brand management, ideally within Beverage and/or premium FMCG industries, with demonstrated career progression and leadership.
  • Experience delivering NPD outputs through strong cross‑functional teamwork with Supply, Finance, and Lead markets.
  • Preference for experience in Non‑Alcoholic and Aperitif categories.
  • Combining global and market experience is a plus.
  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing.

  • Functional: Excellent brand management and strategic thinking, consumer understanding and market research, digital marketing knowledge, financial acumen for brand profitability analysis, awareness of latest consumer marketing trends, project and time management skills, English fluency (other languages a plus), proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
