We are seeking a Global Head of Compensation to lead and evolve our global compensation framework. This role will be responsible for the grading methodology, managing the Annual Salary Review process within Workday, establishing and maintaining salary ranges, and overseeing data submissions for external salary benchmarking. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in compensation strategy, deep knowledge and experience in grading with strong analytical capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to support our business goals and ensure market competitiveness. The location for this role is flexible within Europe, and will be determined in subsequent stages.
A confident and adaptable professional with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Must possess good communication skills and enjoys work that is complex and detailed in nature.
