We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor for the next season to join our Front Office team.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity. He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally.

He/She will Report to the Front Desk Manager.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily front office activities, ensuring adherence to procedures and service standards
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a fast and efficient experience
  • Train, motivate, and support the reception team, providing feedback and fostering a positive work environment
  • Handle reservations, special requests, and guest complaints with professionalism and promptness
  • Ensure excellent communication between the front office and other departments
  • Manage financial transactions and cash handling with accuracy
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of company services and local attractions
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in a front desk supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with clients and team members
  • Strong leadership and staff motivation abilities
  • Customer service-oriented and keen attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English (knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus)
  • Proficiency in using hotel management systems (PMS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Front Desk Supervisor;
  • Start date: April 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;
  • Salary as by CCNL + increase based on seniority and skill level, separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR;
