Overview

The Financial Controller will be integral to the financial forecasting and strategy of the company. Her/His duties will include conducting detailed financial analyses, participating in budgeting and forecasting, and providing insights that will inform strategic decisions. She/He will work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and contribute to long term financial planning.

Responsibilities
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for MEA commercial operations
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Support the annual budgeting process, collaborating with commercial teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Maintain and update financial models to reflect changing business dynamics
  • Sales & Orders Flash Reporting: Coordinate and compile weekly Sales and Orders Flash reports and load in OneClickOneStream
  • Sales & Orders Flash Reporting: Analyze variances vs. forecast and prior periods, providing commentary and actionable insights
  • Sales & Orders Flash Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate data submission across MEA markets
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across MEA commercial segments
  • Performance Analysis: Help prepare dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
  • System & Process Support: Utilize OneStream for financial consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis
  • System & Process Support: Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
  • System & Process Support: Support process improvements and automation initiatives within FP&A
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Support MEA FP&A Manager partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand business drivers
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Assist Senior FP&A Analyst in preparing presentations for leadership reviews
Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
  • Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.
  • Proficiency in building models to forecast financial outcomes
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems, such as Excel, Power BI, OneStream (optional)
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English
