A leading insurance and asset management company in Milano is seeking a Financial Controller to manage NAV calculations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree and relevant experience in the financial sector, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in the financial sector, preferably with Investment Accounting or a consulting/auditing firm.
• Knowledge of securities management and corporate actions is essential.
• Basics of Data Analytics / Data Reporting are advantageous.

Overview

Financial Controller

The Financial Controller will report to the head of Fund Pricing & Limit Controlling in Accounting Department performing the following activities :

• Manage Unit Linked Net Asset Value Calculation and post NAV Controlling
• Ensure IT support to set up and testing Asset Managers interfaces
• Monitor liquidity reconciliation and investigation in strict cooperation with Custodian Banks and Asset Managers
• Regulatory and Prospectus Limit Controlling and Reporting
• NAV, Asset Breakdown and Performance Reporting to asset managers
• Rebates and Management Fees Reporting in order to support Investment and Bancassurance analysis

Key Requirements / Skills / Experience

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Management engineering
• 2+ experience in financial sector possibly with Investment Accounting or a consulting / auditing firm
• Financial Market Background (securities management, corporate actions)
• Knowledge of S OFIA (Investment accounting software) will be considered a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Intermediate in Access and PowerPoint; basics of Data Analytics / Data Reporting
• Fluent in Italian and English Intermediate
• Ability to work in a team and to interact with different stakeholders
• Entrepreneurship and open mindset
• Multitasking approach, adaptable and able to meet daily deadlines
