Trova is seeking an Oracle Senior Financials Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS to deliver new digital transformation projects and improve clients' live projects.

This role requires deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud modules and the ability to lead implementations, extensions, integrations, and system optimizations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 7 years of experience and a proven track record in successfully delivering Oracle ERP Financials solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Development and Implementation : Lead the implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud modules related to the financials area, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client objectives.
• System Configuration, Extensions, and Integrations : Configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules to meet client-specific needs. Lead integration and extensions to address gaps in standard functionality, working closely with technical teams.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure all financial processes follow regulatory requirements and internal policies. Lead audits and risk assessments when necessary.
• User Support and Issue Resolution : Provide advanced user support for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules (General Ledger, Tax, Payables, Receivables, Project Billing, Assets, etc.). Troubleshoot system issues and address complex user queries.
• Financials Process Optimization : Analyze, design, and optimize financial processes, leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud features for efficiency and cost savings.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Act as a senior point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with business requirements.
• Training and Documentation : Provide end-user training and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
• Testing and Quality Assurance : Lead testing activities for new implementations and system enhancements.
• Reporting and Analytics : Develop and generate detailed reports using Oracle ERP Cloud's analytics tools.

We can only consider candidates already based in Italy who speak Italian and English. Onsite presence for a minimum of 2-3 days a week is a MUST. Openings are in Milan, Florence, or Verona.
