As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll join a collaborative, proactive and forward-thinking team. Together, we drive the financial agenda within the Issuer Services business unit and support with financial insights and sparring. About Your Future Role
In this position, you will :
  • Develop and manage financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning
  • Provide strategic financial insights and support to guide business decisions and align them with the company’s financial goals
  • Evaluate revenue streams and pricing strategies to maximize income and market competitiveness
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the business is meeting its financial targets (i.e., volumes, sales, cash)
  • Work closely with various departments (e.g., operations, marketing, sales) to ensure financial alignment and support cross‑functional initiatives
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing clear and actionable insights
  • Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company’s financial health
  • Offer financial expertise for specific projects, such as new product launches or market expansions, to ensure financial viability and success

Essential Qualifications :
  • Relevant financial education and minimum 2-3 years of experience within Financial Planning & Analysis and business partnering
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
  • Solid understanding finance processes including budgeting, forecasting and controlling
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams (i.e. Sales, Product and IT)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create trust and influence decision‑making at various organisational levels with courage and ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present financial insights and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and organisational levels
Bonus Skills :
  • Experience with SAP 4 / HANA and Targetik
