Your mission

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us!

Being Field Service Engineer (FSE) in Italy (possible locations Verona / Milan / Bologna / or nearby areas) is an exciting task since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what do not hesitate to directly speak with them as if they would setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs therefore these are your most important tasks :

• Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
• Support resources dispatched onsite by RFM during commissioning and on site services.
• Support the RFM / PjM during commissioning and site acceptance services.
• Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
• Perform all on-site installation commissioning repair maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities.
• Follow operational procedures processes and practices as defined documented and consistently applied.
• Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements
• Support Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities
• Support resources dispatched onsite (FSE and SP) by RFM during commissioning and on site services
• Participate in the claim management and RMA process
• Taking care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration process
• Take over randomly on call duties partly on weekends and nights.

Your profile

Keep in mind its all about electrical equipment ideally has do not hesitate to directly speak with them as if thats why it is essential for you to have :

• Education as Electrical technician or Engineer. (Lets face it you need to understand ACDC Low / Medium Voltage etc as much we love people willing to join us from different faculties you should know your fair share of electrical conduits right)
• Italian & English language skills at least on B2
• Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial.
• Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
• Driving license is extremely important for the job
• H & S training to access to construction site with electrical specific training
• Willing to work on call duty AND to travel (60%).
