A leading diagnostics company is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Campania. In this role, you will provide technical support, service, and installation of products at customer sites. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, solid technical service experience, and good communication skills in English and Italian. Travel is required for this position.

Competenze

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferable or Biotech Technical / Electronic Secondary School Diploma; proficient English is mandatory.

Overview

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is looking for a Field Service Engineer (Campania). The role involves service, repair and installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines cost-effective solutions. Escalates complex issues to higher technical support or quality reporting. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Demonstrates critical thinking to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions. Communicates honestly and creates empathy with customers, colleagues and collaborators.

Key Requirements
