A luxury knitwear brand is seeking a passionate Client Advisor for their new flagship boutique in Rome. You will provide an exceptional shopping experience, build lasting relationships with clients, and contribute to store performance. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of luxury retail experience, strong clienteling skills, and a passion for quality design. Fluency in English is expected, along with a proactive mindset.

Fedeli is looking for a passionate Client Advisor to join our new flagship boutique in Via Borgognona, Rome, for a fixed-term position. This is a unique opportunity to represent a brand renowned for its timeless elegance, refined craftsmanship, and quietly expanding global presence.

As a Client Advisor, you will embody the Fedeli values—offering an exceptional, bespoke experience to every client. You will play a key role in the boutique’s daily operations, cultivate lasting relationships through thoughtful clienteling, and actively contribute to the store’s overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and tailored service to each client, ensuring a memorable in-store experience that reflects Fedeli’s philosophy
