Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with support functions to generate demand and convert leads.
  • Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. Resolve customer issues collaboratively.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Track regional performance metrics and utilize CRM tools for sales activities.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and hardware teams. Provide field feedback for product development. Lead and motivate sales teams, set performance expectations, and foster a high-performance culture.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  • Strong decision-making skills for handling complex and urgent situations.
  • Relevant work experience and understanding of the new energy market.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel overseas; candidates with overseas experience are preferred.
