The Maintenance Engineer is a part of a team of 60 FTEs including all the Factory production.
The Maintenance Engineer report directly to Maintenance Manager and collaborates with the manufacturing and engineering teams, focusing on technical elimination of losses and waste on the production lines and is involved in continuous improvement projects. The Maintenance Engineer is essential in the Run to Standard approach, as one of the three key roles foreseen by this methodology. Working directly with the line crews daily and Maintenance coordinator to support in phenomena identification, root cause analysis and the establishment of countermeasures. Finally, the Maintenance Engineer working whit the team for the implementation of all technical improvements and the establishment of revised basic conditions on the line.
Working on the implementation of digital innovations and projects.
Engineering Master’s Degree. Preferably in Industrial or Mechanical
English proficiency and Italian mother language.
